All labels added by customer
after purchase must be removed prior to returning to GLOBUS or RMA may be
refused.
Ship item only for repair. DO
not ship peripherals, disks, manual or cables,
otherwise they are requested.
DOA term applies only
for items requested by original GLOBUS customer and DOA items must be
received by GLOBUS within the first 15 days of original GLOBUS customer
invoice date.
